Refund policy

At Bellco, we take pride in offering high-quality phone accessories that are thoroughly checked before dispatch. When you shop with Bellco, you are agreeing to our terms and policies—and we're thrilled to welcome you into our amazing community of shoppers!

1. Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be canceled after they are processed.
If you need to make changes, contact us at below given email within 1 hour of placing your order.

Please email us at help@bellco.in with your order number and the issue details.

2. Returns or Exchanges

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of Mind – We do not accept returns if you simply no longer want the product.
• Preference-Based Issues – This includes dissatisfaction with aspects such as color, design, or fit.
• Perceived Difference from Advertisement – If you believe the product appears slightly different from images or descriptions, please note we make every effort to display items accurately. Returns are not accepted in such cases.
• Incorrect Orders Placed by Customer – If a product was ordered in error (e.g., wrong model, color, or quantity), we cannot process a return or exchange.
  
  • Exception: If a customer places an incorrect order, it can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by emailing us.. After this window has passed, no changes, cancellations, or exceptions will be permitted. 

3. Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items

We will only consider a replacement or refund if:

• The item is damaged or defective upon delivery

• The item received is different than the item ordered

• There are missing items in the package.
  

For claiming the replacement or refund in above scenarios, you should report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product. A mandatory clear unboxing video at the time of delivery is required. Without the unboxing video, claims will not be accepted.
